Network (also referred to herein as "PTD" or "Service") is a website (ptdyellow.com) and a mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") for locating people, businesses, coupons and reviews within the tri-state area of Alabama, Georgia and Florida, owned and operated by Pioneer Telephone Directories Corp. ("PTD", "we" or "us"), an Alabama corporation. This privacy policy describes our policies on collection, use and disclosure of information about you in collection with your use of our services.

Account Registration
Although the Service provides for anonymous and pseudonymous participation (searching for people, businesses, coupons, reviews), in some instances in order to use features of the Service, we require account registration. This requires some personal information such as first and last name, a preferred screen name to associate with the account, city, state and zip, as well as an email address where we can contact you, along with a password to help secure your personal information.

Public Content
Your contributions to the Service are intended for public consumption and are therefore viewable by the public, including your photos, ratings, reviews and edits to people and business listing information. This public content is identifiable by the Preferred Screen Name you provide during account registration.

Location Information
When you choose to perform a location specific search and give us access to your location, your longitude and latitude are sent to our servers for use in filtering search results by a search radius. We do not store your location on our servers, however your last known location may be stored on your computer/device in a cookie for use in cases where you request a location search, but your current location is unavailable. Your location information is transmitted to third parties as needed to provide directions related mapping when requested.

Analytics
PTD uses analytics to provide our advertisers with information regarding how many times their business listings, coupons and banner ads are displayed along with the number of times they are searched for either directly or indirectly. We do not store any personal identifying information during the collection of this identifying information.

We utilize third party tools such as Google Analytics for general research and analytics reporting to better understand how our Service is being used and how it can be improved.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

To delete your personal data, log into your account, navigate to the Profile section and click the Delete User Account & Data button. COMPLY WITH REGULATORY AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

PTD has a legitimate interest in complying with certain legal obligations and interests which, from time to time, may require the disclosure of your personal information. PTD will not disclose your personal information to legal authorities except where such disclosure is by lawful request, including to meet legitimate national security or law enforcement demands (including a subpoena, court order, or other lawful legal demand by a legal authority with lawful jurisdiction). In some cases, we may also release your personal information to defend our legitimate legal interests. We consider our obligation to protect the PTD community from imminent physical harm to be both a legitimate business interest as well as to be within the public interest and may disclose your personal information if we believe you or another individual may be in imminent danger of harm to yourself or to another.

THIRD PARTIES

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only time your personal information is transmitted to a third party is during a Facebook action (login using Facebook, Liking a business profile) and when providing personalized directions via third party mapping.

SECURITY

We use various safeguards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
