After losing my son I reached out to Crowe's and was greeted with compassionate support and professionalism. The craftsmanship of the finished product definitely exceeded my expectations. The detail, quality and level of care that we received from them was above and beyond and the process from designing to installation was very easy. They kept me informed along the way, answered any and all questions.
The completion time was actually faster than the 90 days originally quoted which was a plus. I have since also purchased a pre-need for myself and my wife. I highly recommend them to anyone who has experienced a loss and needing to purchase a monument.
